The mission of Cafe con Libros Press is to provide a community space to nurture cultural expression in all its forms: encompassing the visual, musical, performing, graphic, and literary arts. The focus is to increase community outreach and facilitate access to programs which foster reading and writing.
The mission of the dA Center for the Arts, a diverse, multi-discipline, non-profit organization is to enhance the quality of life for the greater community by educating and providing opportunities to experience, appreciate and support the arts. The dA believes that providing an avenue for self-expression for all ages and all populations is essential in bridging the distance from alienation to community.
THE LATINO ART MUSEUM IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION CREATED TO PROMOTE THE WORKS OF TALENTED LATIN AMERICAN CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES AND INSTILL A SENSE OF APPRECIATION FOR LATINO ART IN THE MINDS AND HEARTS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
LizBeth Abeyta Lucca is the Artistic Director and Founder of Repertory Opera Company which is in its twelfth season. She has directed over 30 operatic productions; has sung over 25 roles such as Princess Eboli, Amneris, Santuzza, Azucena and Lady MacBeth; and was Associate Stage Director at the Shaker Mountain Performing Arts Festival. Ms. Lucca studied Opera Stage Direction with Richard Crittenden through an internship from the Goldovsky Foundation and has worked professionally with directors from Houston Grand Opera, the Royal Shakespeare Academy and Montreal Opera.
The Southern California Medical Museum interprets and preserves medical, pharmaceutical and dental artifacts and publications. Through its exhibits, publications, and programs, the museum stimulates, informs, and educates the general public, medical professionals and students concerning the history of health care with emphasis on Southern California and the West.
our goals is to collect, preserve, exhibit, and interpret medical and health-related artifacts, with particular focus on artifacts significant to the history of health care in Southern California and the West.To present and interpret health-science and health-care innovations and issues (past, present and future) to the general public, and to offer lectures, programs and publications, etc., that will enhance the understanding of museum exhibits.
As owner & dance instructor along with our team of instructor, it brings us satisfaction to see the smiles and happiness on all our students that participate in each and every class. We strive to help our students achieve their goals and open a new door to a better attitude in life. We don’t just dance we our a family, a community.
