The Pomona Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with local investment professionals, has identified a need to understand growing changes to the real estate market. The intent of the Pomona Chamber of Commerce is to provide an outlet for property providers throughout the community to come together in an effort to assist with understanding population trends, jobs and investment patterns, and local and state regulations.
Opportunities such as economic growth, shifting market demographics, and regulations affecting properties are examples of the ways the Pomona Chamber of Commerce can support the Property Providers Network members as they manage their real estate portfolios.
The Property Providers Network will meet once a month (hybrid meeting) to connect and collaborate with other property providers. In addition, the Pomona Chamber of Commerce will communicate to its members regularly on any changes/proposed changes being made on a local, state, and federal level.
