When it comes to personal information, listen to their story, and figure out how they depict themselves and past coworkers. For example, if in their stories they always blame others of their mistakes, that may indicate a lack of accountability.
Another essential but overlooked skill, observation should be one of your main strategies when you conduct a job interview. Body language and eye movement are a window into a candidate’s state of mind. Observe as well the way the candidate faces the small challenges that arise during the interview process since that’s a reliable indicator of how they deal with problems in an ordinary setting.
